FITNESS FOUNDATIONS / LEVEL 1
Classes designed to educate you on the movements themselves, as well as our culture as a gym, suggested nutrition for your success and goal setting. Foundations is your intro to CrossFit and we’re confident that this course will prepare you to take your health and fitness into your own hands!
